Food Company
You will be ready for any food safety audit concerning the training requirements of your food handlers.
Your food handlers will have access to the SETA-accredited food safety skills programme all year, enabling them to learn at their own pace.
FOHESA will provide a quarterly report on the progress of the food handlers based on their activity on the online SETA-accredited food safety skills programme. The report will also include the results of the quizzes that they have done and their progress.
FOHESA will enable your food quality control officer to facilitate the activities throughout the year. These activities can be phased over the year and will serve as a trigger to do the digital course content online.
The activities will reinforce knowledge, create teamwork, keep the food safety training momentum, and ensure a food safety culture contributing to your food safety compliance.
